Pardee Homes unveiled its Keystone neighborhood on Saturday, September 10, bringing more than 300 home shoppers to Skye Canyon. At Pardee First Look guests toured three elevations including Contemporary Spanish, Nevada Living, and Transitional Farmhouse. The Transitional Farmhouse design is influenced by Pardee’s Farmhouse Responsive Home, a 2016 Gold Nugget Grand Award winner at PCBC (Pacific Coast Builders Conference).

First Look festivities included sweets by Sprinkles, Popcorn Girl, and B With a Twist Catering, music and family activities. Guests also participated in prize giveaways by both Pardee and Skye Canyon while exploring Keystone’s models.

Pardee Homes takes alfresco living to the next level, creating living spaces especially for those that relish the outdoors. Sliding walls that open easily allow for indoor-outdoor entertaining and living. The city and mountain views are plentiful, whether you’re relaxing inside or out. Keystone includes one and two-story model home offerings with 3-5 bedrooms and four different floor plans ranging from 2,520-3,868 sq. ft. that range from the mid-$400s to $500s.

Homes at Keystone also offer features like maple cabinetry, granite countertops in gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, paver driveways, and standard covered patios. Landscape design options aid in conserving water, building materials come from recycled and sustainable sources, and home features adopt clean air and technology that supports lowered energy bills.

Keystone is located on the northeast corner of Grand Canyon Drive and Skye Canyon Park Drive, a short distance to Skye Center and Skye Fitness. For more information visit www.skyecanyon.com/homes.
