Skye Canyon is celebrating a special occasion on Saturday, September 2 and invites the public to join the party with Pardee Homes. Unveiling Cobalt, its second neighborhood at Skye Canyon, Pardee’s First Look Model Home Opening takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Eagle Canyon Ave. and Skye Oak St. A fun experience for serious home shoppers, those who are just starting to think about a new home, and current community residents, there will be food, entertainment, and family-friendly activities.
Guests can tour Cobalt’s two-story home models that include four-floor plans ranging in size from 2,327 to 3,186 square feet, starting in the high $300,000 price range. Home designs are based on Pardee’s most popular elevations: transitional farmhouse, contemporary Spanish and Nevada living. Added touches that make a house a home include like maple cabinetry, granite countertops in gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, paver driveways, and standard covered patios.
It wouldn’t be a First Look event without great prizes up for grabs. Guests have a chance to win a $250 gift card, Skye Canyon gear including a North Face jackets and Klean Kanteens, and rounds of golf at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort. Attendees can also enjoy a complimentary coffee at Skye Bistro.
The opening of Cobalt, which is Pardee Homes’ second neighborhood in Skye Canyon, also marks the completion of Skye Canyon’s first phase of development. Earlier this year, Skye Canyon announced that Pardee closed on 17.5 acres in Skye Canyon’s 214-acre Phase II which includes a total of 12 builder parcels. Stay tuned for more details on Phase II.
