LAS VEGAS (Aug. 15, 2016) – Pardee Homes unveils its Keystone neighborhood at Skye Canyon on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, during its First Look event. Keystone is located on the northeast corner of Grand Canyon Drive and Skye Canyon Park Drive. Food, entertainment and family activities are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., though guests can tour Pardee’s model homes until 6 p.m.
Keystone features both one and two-story homes that range in size from 2,520 to 3,868 square feet. While four-floor plans are available at Keystone, homebuyers can tour three model homes at First Look showcasing three distinct elevations: transitional farmhouse, contemporary Spanish and Nevada living. Pardee’s Keystone neighborhood offers features like maple cabinetry, granite countertops in gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, paver driveways, and standard covered patios.
The Transitional Farmhouse design featured at Keystone is influenced by Pardee’s Farmhouse Responsive Home, a 2016 Gold Nugget Grand Award winner. Pardee Homes has received many industry honors for its commitment to green building and philanthropy including Green Building Corporate Advocate of the Year from the National Association of Home Builders. Pardee was named America’s Best Builder by Builder magazine, and received the Hearthstone Builder Humanitarian Award for a lifetime commitment to philanthropy.
